Lawyer-Guided Probate

We have reduced our years of experience handling Texas probates into an online guide.

This guide is a less expensive option for those who are able to complete most of the tasks needed to administer a Texas probate estate when there is no will.

We handle just those steps that require an attorney, such as the court hearing, and you do the rest.

The price is $1,500, which is less than half of the cost for most Texas probate cases.

Our Client Portal

Our client portal lists all of the steps that need to be completed to administer a routine and uncontested probate estate in Texas.

Detailed Instructions

We provide detailed instructions for completing each step.

  • Video explanations
  • Written instructions
  • Lists and checklists
  • Numerous examples

Includes Legal Forms & Templates

If a step requires a legal form or template, we provide a sample document and instructions for completing the document.

  • Applications
  • Orders
  • Notices
  • Letters

With Some Legal Services

We perform the following tasks that require an attorney:

  • Reviewing your completed documents and suggesting changes
  • E-Filing your completed documents
  • Attending the court hearing with you

What You Are Doing

Instead of having us perform the routine and administrative tasks, you are holding those. This includes things like:

  • Entering data into Word documents, such as names, addresses, etc.
  • Mailing our notice forms/templates to third parties,
  • Compiling a list of assets of the estate,
  • Compiling a list of creditors for the estate and following up with them,
  • Keeping heirs and others updated

We’re Here If You Need Us

If you are uncertain as to how to complete one or more of the steps or just want us to do that step for you, we are here to assist. You can pay for our time to complete that step. This allows you to decide what work you want us to do.

If you have other legal questions or questions about your case that are not covered in our extensive materials, you can also pay for consultations. Again, this allows you to control the work we do and the cost.
